#WoTsMegDrinking: The Lord Dragon

Inspiration: The look of this cocktail represents Rand's sweet fit. The red of the pomengrante juice represents the fabric of Rand's coat, and the gold sparkles and gold leaf represent the gold embroidery. The red and gold can also represent his blood on the rocks of Shayol Ghul and Veins of Gold. IFYKY. The flavors represent Rand's personality. The pomegranate is the luxurious/wordly appearance that he has to put forth to the world, but the warmth of the cinnamon reflects his humble upbringing in the Two Rivers. Recipe: In a shaker with ice, pour: 2 oz vodka 1 oz chamboard 2 oz pomegranate juice 4 dashes orange bitters 0.5 oz lemon juice 0.5 oz cinnamon simple syrup Shake then strain into a couple glass. Optional garnishes: a healthy dose of edible gold sparkles in the cocktail. For the rim of the coupe glass, use a basting brush to lightly brush simple syrup on the rim, then use gold leaf around the edge. Sprinkle some more gold leaf in the cocktail before serving.
